- Keen player of lawn tennis, played in the national championships representing the state of Uttar Pradesh in the junior group.
- Captain of the King George’s Medical College lawn tennis team in 1989-
- Participated in the 4th All India Medical College Sports Festival at Aligarh in 1987 and represented the college in the lawn tennis event.
- Winner of Indian Medical Association Prize in the table tennis event (singles).
- Holder of Computer diploma in basic languages of the Informatics Computer Systems, India.
- Participated in the State level National Lawn Tennis Championships at Oudh Gymkhana Club, Lucknow in singles and doubles event, 1988.
- Member of the lawn tennis team of the Oudh Gymkhana Club,
- Annual Sports 2008 – Participated in events and was winner of tug of
- Annual sports 2009 – Participated in events and was III in 100 metre race, I in shot put
- Participated in the badminton doubles men – Runner in the Annual sports at CSM Medical University.
- Participated in the Lucknow Interclub Lawn tennis championship at RDSO sports centre, Lucknow. Won the team event from the side of Oudh Gymkhana
